When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, your message, and any photos you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work you've asked us about. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside of sending your enquiry to us.
How it's sent and stored
Your enquiry is sent to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. Any photos you attach are only ever held in memory while your message is being sent — they are never written to a file or stored on our server. Your enquiry itself is not stored in a database; it exists only as the email we receive.
Website analytics
We use simple first-party analytics to understand how the website is used — things like which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. This does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect any personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or job, then deleted in the normal course of managing our inbox. We don't keep a separate copy on the website itself.
Your rights
